Rake boards overhang about 6" beyond the setback. Front 2% -foot landscape wall is in the traveled way, it needs
either to have a neighbors' written agreement or should be removed from the plan; decision could be crafted to
indicate the wall was not considered by ZBA and the decision attached to the plan.

Motion to Grant relief as requested with no exterior construction between Memorial Day & Labor Day.
