Upon review of the application submitted by the Applicant and the building department file of the above - referenced property, it was determined by the Zoning Administrator that pursuant to Nantucket Zoning Bylaw Section 139- 33.A.(3)(a), the proposed alterations to the structure will not increase the nonconforming nature of said structure. 2.
