Sarah Alger, Sarah F. Alger P.C. — Proposed garage with bays for storage and light
manufacturing with four parking spaces, a loading zone and industrial curb cut.
Public

Concerns
Could require windows and doors kept shut to mitigate the noise of running machinery. There
is no place for the air-conditioning units (A/C) except in the front of the building. There would
be no screening along the front, but there would be along the sides; would require screening
along the rear. No outdoor storage. No residential space in structure and no second -floor space.
Hours of operation 7 -7 Monday to Saturday.
Motion
Motion to Approve with vegetative screening along north property line, A/C installed with
windows and doors closed during hours of operation which will be 7 -7 Monday through
Saturday, and no exterior storage. ( Botticelli) seconded

Nancy Drahzal, Structures Unlimited — Request variance for shed in front -yard setback.
Request continuance.
Public
None.
Concerns
Because it is not attached to the structure, it is not an alteration to a pre - existing condition. It
could fit in the back or be attached to the house; it seems hard to attach a variance for the front
yard. Should investigate re- landscaping the back yard to allow for the shed. Need more
concrete reasons for placing the shed on the Cliff Road side. If it were attached to the house, it
would be a special permit. There are not four votes; could ask to withdraw.
