Structure the motion so as to cap the number of children so as not to create a waiver that could be grandfathemd. Discussion about structuring motion around hours of operation: 8:30 -5 seven days a week. Discussion about occupancy cap. Motion Motion to Approve with following hours of operation 8:30 -5 Sunday through Saturday, no more than 12 children on the premises, approval is specific to this use, and should the other structure be rented the applicant must re -apply to ZBA for further parking ( Botticelli) seconded. Public None Concerns Could require windows and doors kept shut to mitigate the noise of running machinery. There is no place for the air-conditioning units (A/C) except in the front of the building. There would be no screening along the front, but there would be along the sides; would require screening along the rear. No outdoor storage. No residential space in structure and no second -floor space. Hours of operation 7 -7 Monday to Saturday. Motion Motion to Approve with vegetative screening along north property line, A/C installed with windows and doors closed during hours of operation which will be 7 -7 Monday through Saturday, and no exterior storage. Request continuance. Public None. Concerns Because it is not attached to the structure, it is not an alteration to a pre - existing condition. It could fit in the back or be attached to the house; it seems hard to attach a variance for the front yard. Should investigate re- landscaping the back yard to allow for the shed. Need more concrete reasons for placing the shed on the Cliff Road side. If it were attached to the house, it would be a special permit. There are not four votes; could ask to withdraw. Could restrict with no food prepared on premises. The board has no floor plan to review space dedicated to the take -out portion; discussion about lay out in regards to the counter.
