Esteban at 5:50 PM.

Vice Chair Mr. Esteban declared a quorum of five
Trustees present.
Ms Williams made a motion duly seconded by Ms
Roggeveen to approve the agenda the vote was
unanimous 5 -0.
Motion made by Ms Williams and duly seconded by
Ms. Roggeveen to approve the minutes of June 11,
2012. The vote was 5 -0 in favor.
No public comment.
6. Lay -off notice of Housing Specialist effective 10/5/12:
The Board was made aware that the Housing
Specialist would no longer be working for the Town
of Nantucket as of October 12, 2012.

Trustees present.
Ms Williams made a motion duly seconded by Ms
Roggeveen to approve the agenda the vote was
unanimous 5 -0.
Motion made by Ms Williams and duly seconded by
Ms. Roggeveen to approve the minutes of June 11,
2012. The vote was 5 -0 in favor.

6. Lay -off notice of Housing Specialist effective 10/5/12:
The Board was made aware that the Housing
Specialist would no longer be working for the Town
of Nantucket as of October 12, 2012.
7. Discussion of RFP response and sale of 3 Monohansett Road — execute Purchase and
Sale agreement and authorization to execute deed for same:

A motion was made (NIs. Williams) and duly
seconded by Mr. Esteban to execute the prepared
Purchase and Sale agreement for the successful RFP
response for 3 Monohansett Road and to authorize
the Board to execute the deed for said property. The
vote was 5 -0 in favor.
The Board was informed that the meetings would be
on a quarterly basis now that there is no staff for the
Board.
Ms. Williams made a motion to advertise 5
Monohansett Road under the same RFP process as 3
Monohansett Road, but this motion failed for lack of
a second. It was suggested that putting this property
for bid should be discussed at the next meeting.
Ms Williams made a motion to adjourn at 5:58 PM
and that motion was duly seconded by Mr. DeCosta.
The motion carried 5 -0.
The itlission of the Trust is to provide for the creation and presentation of affordable housing in the Town of Nantucket for the benefit
of year -round low and moderate income households who would otherwise have difficulty, financial or otherwise, locating housing
on Nantucket. These are posted as Open Meetings held at 3 o'clock pm in the 2 Fairgrounds Road Conference Room on the
following dates January 9, 2012; January 30, 2012 February 13, 2012; March 12, 2012; May 14, 2012; June 11, 2012; August 13,
2012; September 10, 2012; October 15, 2012; December 10, 2012
