The Applicant seeks to modify the Variance granted
pursuant to Nantucket Zoning By -law §139 -32 by the
Nantucket Zoning Board of Appeals in Case No. 069 -11, dated
January 18, 2012, recorded with Nantucket Deeds in Book
1312, Page 274, by eliminating the condition set forth in
Paragraph 6.E that "[a]ccess to both lots shall be vis
Cliff Road," so that access can be by way of either Cliff
Road or Westmoor Lane, so called.
The property is shown as Lot A and Lot B on Plan No.
2011 -49, is now known and numbered as 108 Cliff Road, is
shown as Parcel 89 on Assessor's Map 41, and is located in
the Residential -20 (R -20) zoning district (the "Locus ").
