Present: Howard Blitman, David Brown, Roger Ernst, Lucas Fischer, (new member) Steve Meader, Bill Sherman, Harris Stone, Jay Strauss and Jim Treanor, plus Town Manager Libby Gibson and selectman Rick Atherton from 10:35 a.m. and Town o consultants John - - -- and - -- from 10:45 a.m. z 2. ACNVT Chair Howard Blitman called the meeting td'�rcrS et 10:01 a.m., noting a quorum present. The minutes of 1 ,e 0 2012 meeting were approved. 3. The good results were commended. 17.Libby Gibson spoke of efforts to bring Cape and Islands towns into regional accord in support of e- permitting. Nantucket is expected to serve as a pilot in this state-supported Regional issues of cooperation on this may lead to concerted efforts shared value, e.g., re seasonal vacation home rentals and wastewater management. 18. Chair Howard Blitman was thankful for the good reception he experienced as ACNVT representative for summer residents, seated with voters at the 2012 ATM.
