Glidden,Trustee of Sconset House Realty Trust Dear Catherine, At the April 12th 2012 monthly meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, by a vote of 4-0, the Board found that the Applicant's request to modify the construction methodology as described in "Exhibit B" of Zoning Board of Appeals Decision Nos. 057-11 and 058-11 is a technical amendment that does not require public hearing or new public notice because said amendment doest not constitute a substantive change to said decisions. The Board found that the order in which the proposed work is completed is not a substantive aspect of said decisions. This is a technical correction that will not restart the appeal period.
