MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: Approximately 7:00 p.m.
PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED CHANGES TO LOCAL REG. 50.00, 64.00.68.03
Mr. Glowacki moves to adopt the proposed revisions to reg. 50.00 and 64.00.
Motion made and seconded to adopt proposed revisions to reg. 50.00 and 64.00. Motion
carries unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Repair and variance request on existing system at 3 Washington Ave., for a
real estate transfer.
HO Ray recommends the Board grants the variance, not to exceed two bedrooms, and
must utilize an alternative design system.
Motion seconded and approved, 4 to 1, to grant the variance as recommended by the
Health Officer.
Public Comments for the BOH
Public comments about extension of deer hunting season.
Mr. Watts makes a motion to send a letter to Fish and Wildlife and to go with first 6 days
in February for a one -year experiment for deer hunting.
Motion made and approved 4 to 1.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn.
