Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. AGENDA N :n 1. Concerns from the public. None noted. 2. Variance Requests — 10 Tennessee Ave. — This property has a previously approved variance request from state and local relief. For the repair of this septic, one additional variance from sideline setback relief is requested. HO Ray recommends granting this variance. BOH approves variance request unanimously. 24 Washington Ave. — Replacement of a failed SAS, requesting property line setbacks and well setback relief. An alternative technology system will be utilized. HO Ray recommends granting variance, meeting maximum feasible compliance and use of alternative design system with maintenance agreement needs to be in place for life of system. BOH approves variance request with stipulation unanimously with stipulation. 310 Madaket Rd. — repair of existing SAS, maximum feasible compliance will be met, property line setbacks and well setback relief, relief of reserve are requested. HO Ray recommends granting variance. The well and septic separation will be improved. BOH grants variance request unanimously. 10 C Street — Existing system seeking relief from property setback, well setback and reserve area relief requested due to size of lot. Maximum distance attainable. HO Ray recommends granting variance. BOH approves variance request unanimously. HO Ray gives a brief update of the 34 inspections done over the last couple of weeks. 3. Any concerns from the BOH. None noted. BOH adjourns at approximately 6:37 p.m.
