Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Chairman Willauer asks for public comment. None noted.
1. Review and Request for Action for Tight Tank and Other Septic Repair
Initiatives.
HO Ray asks for BOH input and approval on setting up meetings with DEP in
Hyannis and in Boston to be attended by HO RAY, a BOH member, and Mr.
Willett of the DPW to discuss various repair initiatives (including tight tanks) for
failed septic systems within both harbor watershed protection districts.
BOH unanimously approves HO Ray's request to meet with DEP to discuss these issues.
BOH meeting adjourned at 6:21 p.m.
