AGENDA
I. Approval of Minutes of September 27, 2006 unanimously.
II. Presentation by HO Ray of Long -Term Rental Regulations' components.
- proposes public television formats for informational purposes
- two public forums
- contact with real estate agents
- eventual public hearings
- implementation of regulations in July 2008
III. Flu Season Awareness
IV. Tier III Status to Cisco Beach by the State — asks BOH to grant a variance to
allow HO Ray to test Cisco Beach once a month during the summer as
opposed to once a week as allowed by the State.
- BOH approves variance request unanimously.
