HO Ray presented the Board with a proposal to adopt local regulations concerning Long -
Term Rental Regulations.
HO Ray noted in his comments issues such as chronic overcrowding, unsafe conditions,
illegal apartments, and garbage issues.
HO Ray informed the Board that a more in -depth presentation would be brought to the
Board on November 29, 2006.
The Board discussed the proposal and the BOH was adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
