BOH denies variance request and approves installation of tight tank unanimously. 3. 12 Western Ave. — Existing dwelling and septic system. HO Ray recommends granting variance to move well to dune and move leach facility to upper portion of property. BOH grants variance request unanimously. Both bathing beaches on both sides of the marina have had low levels when tested over the last several years. Ecoli was also tested and nothing irregular was found. Updates on Weights and Measures Program — HO Ray discusses history of weights and measures and the more recent licensing requirements for weights and measures inspectors.
