Public Hearing Regarding Changes to BOH Regs. 50.00, 52.00, 53.00, 64.00 and 68.00
HO Ray discusses each change to regulations in the Nantucket Harbor Watershed
Protection District and promulgation of new regulations for Madaket Harbor Watershed
Protection District.
BOH unanimously approves regulations.
HO Ray updates BOH on tick safety, mosquito control in individual properties, use of
non - licensing catering, and overcrowding issues.
Chairman Willauer closes public hearing.
Public hearing adjourned at approximately 7:35 p.m.
