Chairman Willauer calls the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.'
AGENDA
Chairman Willauer asks for concerns from the public. None noted.
Variance Request
1. 63 Wanoma Way — Existing septic system. Homeowner seeks coastal setback
variance from 100 feet to 85 feet utilizing an alternative design system. HO Ray
recommends granting variance with stipulation that owner have a signed
maintenance agreement for the life of the system in place.
Variance request granted unanimously.
Public Hearing — Proposed Regulation 53.00 ( Madaket Harbor Watershed Protection
District
HO Ray recommends updating BOH on changes to regulation 53.00 and revisiting matter
at a later date. HO Ray recommends a public hearing in June.
Motion to continue matter until June 14th public hearing approved unanimously.
HO Ray informs Board of Health that the Madaket and Nantucket Harbor Watershed
Protection District Maps are available on the town's website.
The BOH meeting is adjourned at approximately 7:30 p.m.
