The meeting is called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Minutes of December 21, 2005 approved unanimously.
Variance Requests
1. 3 Jackson Street — Cod Fish Park.
Variance approved unanimously.

Variance approved unanimously with signed maintenance agreement in place
for the life of the system.
3. 76 Millbrook Rd. —
Variance approved unanimously with signed maintenance agreement in place
for the life of the system.
4. 19 Sheep Pond Rd. — tight tank.
Variance approved unanimously. Owner must receive DEP approval.
Announcement
HO Ray announces a public information meeting regarding the 6 foot separation
requirement in the septic regulations to be held March 6, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. at 37
Washington Street, Town Building Annex.
The meeting is adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
