NANTUCKET SUPERIOR COURTROOM
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Glowacki, Mr. Watts, Mr. Chadwick, Mr. Willauer,
and Mr. Bennett
MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.
AGENDA
1. Discussion of HO Ray's memo to BOHBOS dated October 3, 2005
HO Ray: DEP is proposing provisions to the new Title 5. The public hearings
will take place on October 19, 2005. HO Ray will attend the hearings and will
testify with regards to Nantucket's concerns. DEP changes are substantive and
will affect Nantucket. HO Ray is requesting a vote from the BOH supporting
Nantucket's changes outlined in HO Ray's memo to BOH dated October 3, 2005.
Chairman Glowacki asks for questions /comments from the BOH. None noted.

Motion to adopt/support the Health Department's comments to DEP as outlined in the
memo of 10/3/05 carries 4 to 1 with Mr. Bennett opposed.
2. Mr. Willauer enters a proposal into the record for a special (February) deer
hunt for consideration at a future (11/9/05) BOH meeting.
Chairman Glowacki states that the 11/9/05 meeting will be open to public.
Chairman Glowacki adjourns BOH meeting at approximately 7:30 p.m.
