Executive Session Minutes
May 10, 2011
Executive Session took place at Nantucket Memorial Airport's SRE Building, 13 New South Road,
Nantucket, at 5:40 p.m.
All commissioners were present and entered executive session after a roll call vote to discuss the discipline
of Union employee, Bruce King.
Vice Chair Egan and Commissioner Macintyre of the Personnel Sub - Committee presented the full
Commission of the details of Mr. King's grievance.
After brief discussion, the Commission M/S/P to uphold Manager Peterson's decision to maintain a written
warning in Mr. King's personnel file for a period of one year.
Meeting adjourned 5:40 p.m.
