Nantucket, at 4:00 PM

Meeting called to order at 4:00 p.m.
Adopt Agenda — Unanimous Consent
Public Comment —
Clifford Williams: Proposed ATCT Site 2 position remains a concern. He is hoping that
the Commission will revisit the matter and support Site 8. There is a FAA meeting on
November 8t" to discuss the matter. He will check if one Commissioner may be able to
attend. There are Federal funds in queue for the project.
Gasbarro: Motion: That the Commission moves into Executive Session to conduct
strategy session in preparation for contract negotiations with the airport manager.
Gray: Seconds the Motion
