Meeting Called to Order: 7:30 p.m.
Members of the B.O.H. in attendance: Mr. Soverino, Mr. Desrocher, Mr. Santos, Mr.
1. Concerns from the Public -none noted
2. Variance Request -16 Columbus Ave., Madaket - repair of failed system.
Variance is requested from local regulations for Madaket: well is less than
150 ft. from leach trenches, less than 50 ft. from property line and 100%
reserve is less than 15 ft. from trenches.
HO Ray recommends approving variance as requested as is it a repair
of an existing failed system.
B.O.H. approves.
No further business -B.O.H. adjourns at app. 8 p.m.
