1. Concerns from the public -none noted

2. New Business -Variance requests
a. 11 W. Sankaty Ave., Siasconset, Manera Property -relief from Title V to
be allowed to install a one bedroom Septic System as no sewer is avail-
able. HO Ray recommends approving with variance with the condition
a covenant be signed mandating connection to sewer when it becomes
available. B.O.H. approves
b. 11 Beach St., Siasconset, LeFebvre -request relief from Title V, setback
distances, also no room for reserve area. Also request relief from Town
of Nantucket depth to groundwater requirements -only 5' available.
HO Ray recommends variance as system is being upgraded.
B.O.H. approves.
3. New Beach testing requirements for 2001 Season. HO Ray advises Board on the
more stringent testing requirements the State is requiring for Bathing Beaches.
