Proposal
Applicants are seeking relief by Special Permit under Zoning By-Law
Section 139-33E (2)(a) to increase groundcover from existing 35.3% ±
to 38.7% + to allow construction of a new rear addition of 80 SF ±.
Although the current dwelling is pre-existing, non-conforming with
respect to setbacks, this new addition will conform to all setbacks.
In addition, Applicants are seeking to continue to waive the one parking
space required by Zoning, as granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals on
November 16, 2001, under ZBA File No. 077-O1. This dwelling has
traditionally not had a parking space on site.
