The meeting took place at Nantucket Memorial Airport's SRE Building, 13 New South Road, Nantucket, at
12:00 p.m.
Commissioners present, E. Foley Vaughan, Robert Atlee, Carl England, Sheila O'Brien Egan and Dual
Macintyre.
The Commission immediately entered into executive session to conduct contract discussion for non-union
personnel by the following roll call vote:
