Update - Madequecham Valley Road (Commissioner England)
Commissioner England gave a synopsis of his research thus far on the Madequecham Valley Road boundaries, past,
present and possible future layout. He explained an easement granted in 1983 to the Madequecham Valley Road
homeowners includes land that is currently located inside the perimeter fence. After brief discussion comparing the
presently traveled way of the southern most portion of the road compared to the location of the paper road, Chairman
Vaughan suggested leaving the paper road alone and rewriting the easement to match the presently traveled way.
Chairman Vaughan thanked Mr. England for his research thus far.
