Executive Session Minutes
September 14, 2010
Location: Nantucket Memorial Airport's SRE Building, 13 New South Road, Nantucket.
Executive Session was called to order at 6: 18 p.rn. by Chairman E. Foley Vaughan with the following
Commissioners present: Vice Chair Sheila O'Brien Egan, Dual A. Macintyre, Jr., Robert Atlee and Carl D.
England, Jr.
Also present: Airport Manager Alfred G. Peterson.
Chairman Vaughan stated the purpose of the meeting was to discuss contract negotiations with non-union
personnel, namely AI Peterson. Chairman Vaughan stated Mr. Peterson does not have an employment
contract and recommends to the Commission Mr. Peterson be given a three (3) year contract.
After brief discussion the Commission unanimously agreed Mr. Peterson should be given a three (3) year
contract. Mr. Peterson has been asked to submit a contract proposal.
It was m/s/p to adjourn at 6:23.
