Lease
McGrath Hangar
Mr. Peterson reported he received a letter from Arthur Reade re<JJ8Sting approval to transfer Hangar 2's lease which
Bill McGrath W<Ud Ike to seI to Mr. GIeenhiI. The ctI19Ilt lease expires in 2015 with a 10 year option. M. the time of
transfer Mr. Greenhill W<Ud Ike a 20 year lease with a 10 year opIion. A new lease MUd be written ~ at the cunent
rnar1<et rate. Mr. Peterson will check with the Aiporfs aIlomay ald make SlI8 this new lease is ~e. The
Comnission agreed to allow the transfer and new lease ~ approval of the Airport's attorney.
Airport Gift Shop
Mr. Peterson reported tis findngs after I9Viewing the ~ shops financial reports. Basically her cost exceeds the
revenue.
After brief dscussion the Cormission agreed to redtce the amuaI rent to $24,000 per year retroactive to the lease
start date. The ABF will remain in effect ald the financials wiI contilue to be reviewed annually.
