State below or attach a separate addendum of specific special permits or variance relief applying for:
The applicant requests a new Special Permit under Nantucket
Zoninq By-law S139-33.A, for the alteration of a pre-existinq
nonconformi.nq use, modifyinq the Special Permit issued in File
No. 061-06, as modified by the decisions in Files Nos. 088-07
and 011-08, in order to obtain approval for a different
footprint and desiqn for the proposed new dwellinq as approved
in those decisions, in accordance with the site plan prepared
by Emack Surveyinq dated March 8, 2010, filed herewith. The
decision in File No. 061-06 approved the demolition and
reconstruction of one of the two sinqle-family dwellinqs upon
the locus without loss of the condominium status of the locus;
the decision in File No. 088-07 approved the alteration of lot
lines under Nantucket Zoninq By-law S139-33.A(8) without
chanqinq that project; and the decision in File No. 011-08
approved a minor chanqe in the proposed replacement dwellinq.
The proposed new dwellinq will comply with all dimensional
requirements of the By-law. The applicant is the successor in
title to Squam Head, LLC, the applicant in Files Nos. 088-07
and 011-08.
