The decision in File No. 061-06 approved the demolition and reconstruction of one of the two sinqle-family dwellinqs upon the locus without loss of the condominium status of the locus; the decision in File No. 088-07 approved the alteration of lot lines under Nantucket Zoninq By-law S139-33.A(8) without chanqinq that project; and the decision in File No. 011-08 approved a minor chanqe in the proposed replacement dwellinq.
