NOTICE
A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held
on FRIDAY, APRIL 27, 1984 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND COUNTY
BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET on the Application
of CHRISTINE E. CARTER (025-84) seeking a VARIANCE under SECTION
7(I-~) (Variance power) in order to get relief from the provisions
of SECTION 7(C) (rate of development- building cap). The request
for a VARIANCE alleges substantial personal and financial hard-
ship. If granted, the Applicant would be permitted to construct
a year-round second house on premises located at POCOMO, Lot No.
~2, Plan No. 16220U which are zoned LIMITED USE GENERAL-3.
