KURATEK (006-84), the BOARD finds: 1. This is an Application for relief by SPECIAL PERMIT under Section 7-I of the Zoning By-Law to allow an addition to a house which is a pre-existing non-conforming use. The premises are located at 154 Main Street and is zoned RESIDENTIAL OLD HISTORIC. 2. Based upon a review of the Application, supporting doc- uments and plans, a view of the site and testimony at the Public Hearing, and the undertaking of the Applicant to not increase an existing non-conformity as to sideline setback, the BOARD finds that the proposed enlargement of the structure would not be substantially more detrimental than the existing use to the neighborhood. 3. For the reasons set forth, the BOARD hereby GRANTS the Applicant a SPECIAL PERMIT under Section 7(I) of the Zoning By-Law, by UNANIMOUS vote. Dated: Nantucket, Mass. March , 1984. \Z ~~~_~. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~5~~ ~a ~ Q ~_~r ~~ /~ A , 7 a~ ~/(I ~'u~> C~ir~iar a TOWN OF NANTUCKET BOARD OF APPEALS NANTUCKET, MASSACHUSETTS 02554 March 28, 1984 Re: ROBERT C.
