DECISION:
At a meeting of the BOARD OF APPEALS held
Friday, November 19, 1982, in the Town and
County Building, in the matter of the
application of C. M. WHITTEMORE, JR. (026-82~,
after due deliberation, the BOARB founds
1. This is an application to construct a garage on
the applicant's property situate on Atlantic Avenue in
Siasconset, Massachusetts.
2. Based upon review of the subject application,
supporting documents and testimony at Public Hearing, the
BOARD finds that the construction of the proposed garage on
the applicant's property will be in harmony with the general
purposes and intent of the Zoning By-Law and will promote
public safety by providing the applicant with off-street
parking facilities.
3• For the reasons set forth, the BOARD hereby
GRANTS the applicant a Special Permit for the rop~sed
garage construction and waives the Section 5(l~ ground
cover ratio restrictions on the express condition that
the proposed garage not be used for dwelling purposes,
by unanimous vote.
