after due del; be ration, the BOARD found:
1. This is an applicatic.n to revise a prior Sped al Permit
(010-77) in order to release Lot T (Farmhouse Lot) fron,
conservation restrictions anc tc substitute a portion of Lct C
or D in its place. The district is zoned LUG-2.
2. The Boarc' f'.nds that Lot T is subiect to conservation restric-
tions under ~.rior S~,ecial Perrr:it No. 010-77, more particularly
by covenants and restrictions listed in "THE FARi~i AT FISHERS
LANDING DECLARATION CF EASEME?~TS, COVENANT`, RESTRICTI:JNS,
AGREEMEI`YTS AND CHANGES", a docu;r.ent filed ~~~ith the ~:rior
Specia?_ Permit (010-77) . This docur<<ent stateG that the con-
servation land at Fi skier's Landing shall be a~,aintained as
~ceni_c and conservation areas, that_ r,o conservation lend can
be sold, an_d that these covenants are nut subject to .nodifi-
catic;n with res~:ect to Con.servatiun Land. The applicant has
failed to designate specifically the portions of Lot C or
Lut D that will be restricted for conservation ~,ur~;oses.
3. For the reasons set forth, the Board finds that the relief
requested would be detri_Inental to neighboring landocaner~ at
Fishers Lar.dir,g and such requested relief i_s ex~, ressly ~, ro-
hibited by documents filed with prior Special Permit (010-77).
Therefore, the Board hereby DENIES the applicant a revision. of
Special Perr.it No. 010-77, by unanimous vote.

Re: The Farm at Fishers Landing
Dear Bob:
The subject subdivision is now governed, as to
development, by a special permit issued by the Board
of Appeals on June 12, 1977.
The owners desire to amend that special permit
by releasing a portion of Lot T and increasing the
size of Lot C or Lot D. The portion of Lot D to be
released is a half acre (more or less)-parcel im-
proved with the existing farmhouse and shed.
To accomplish this, I enclose an application
to the Board of Appeals together with an abutters
list, filing fee, and four copies of the subdivision
plan.
