DA SILVA, after due deliberation, the Board found: 1. This is an applic~~tion for a Special Permit to con- struct a garage as an addition to a dwelling house located on Newtown Road in an area zones RESIDED?TIF:L 10. The Applicant has owned this property since ' 1966 and proposes to construct the garage ~rithin five feet (5') of the sideline requirement of the common boundary. 2. The proposed construction requires a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 5.3 of the Zoninc By-Law which empowers the Board to grant a Special Permit in this district.
