NOTICE
A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held
on FRIDAY, APRIL 2, 1982, at 3: 00 P.M., in the TOWN
AND COUNTY BUILDING, FEDERAL and BROAD STREE'I'S,
NANTUCKET, on the application of PETER F. DOOLEY,
seeking relief from the provisions of SECTION 7-1 of
the Zoning By-Law in order to obtain a Special Permit
to expand a pre-existing non-conforming use in order
to establish a restaurant on property located at
Madaket Road/Midland Avenue, Madaket, Nantucket, and
shown as Lot No. 104 on Assessor's Map, P. 60. Said
