on FRIDAY, APRIL 2, 1982, at 3:00 p.m., in the TOWN AND
COUNTY BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET,
on the application of ROBERT E. and DOROTHY B. TONKIN,
seeking relief from the provisions of SECTION 4-B-2-b
of the Zoning By-Law in order to operate a neighborhood
service establishment for the repair and restoration
of antiques, repair of telescopes and high precision
