NOTICE
A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held
Friday, FEBRUARY 26, 1982, at 3:00 P.M., in the TOv.1N
and COUNTY BUILDING, FEDEPAL and BROAD STREETS,
NANTUCKET, on the application of SIASCONSET INN, INC.
(Chanticleer Restaurant) seeking relief from the
provisions of SECTION 7-H of the Zoning By-Law in order
to expand a non-conforming use for a Special Permit
to construct a cottage addition to be used as living
quarters for employees of the Chanticleer. Property
is located on New Street in Siasconset and is zoned
RESIDENTIAL 1 and RESIDENTIAL/OLD HISTORIC (zoning
line divides lot).
