26, 1981, at 3:00 p.m., in the Town and County Building,
in the matter of the application of ELPdOOD R. JARII~ER
(0:?3--81) , after due deliberation, the Board found:
This is an application seeking a variance from
SECTION V of the Zoning By-Laws. It is the opinion
of tY~e Board that this issue does not fall within
the' jur.isidiction of the Board of Appeals.
Despite i.he fact: that the Board can recognize an
exiating hardship, the relevant issue is not a
proper subject to be considered by this Board but
by the P:Lanning Board.

COUNTY BUILDING, FEDERAL, AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET,

relief from SECTION V-FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS-of the
