on FRIDAY, MAY 8, 1981, at 3:00 P.M., in the TOWN AND
COUNTY BUILDING, FEDERAL APdD BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET,
on the application of MICHAEL MELFORD, seeking relief
from SECTION V-FRONTAGE REQUIREMEDITS-of the Zoning By-
