S{n?AIN (010-81~ , after due del~_beration, the Board found : 1. This is an application for relief from the ground cover and sideline setback regulations of the By-Law to permit the construction of a storage shed attached to an existing garage on Polpis Road. However, the Board finds the Petitioner owns two abutting lots, No. C1 and Lot 8 on Land Court Plan No. ].0192-D, 'and the proposed construction will amount to the merger of the two lots for zoning purposes. There will he no violation of the intent of the Zoning By-Law. The pro- posed construction should have the approval of the Buildi.nq Inspector. 2.
