BOARD OF APPEALS which has than day been filed with
the Town Clerk.
Any appeals from this action shall be made pursuant
to Section 17 of Chapter 40A of the General Laws,
and sha11 be filed within twenty (20) days after
this date.

DECISION:
At a regular meeting of the BOARD OF APPEALS held
Friday, April 10, 1981, at 3:00 p.m, at the Town and
County Building, in the matter of the application of
PETER T. MARTIN (008-81), after due deliberation, the
Board found:
1. This is a request for relief from the sideline
"requirements of the By-Law to permit the construction of
a storage and bicycle shed on property at 14 Liberty
Street. The shed would be 63 square feet in area and
would come within four feet of the sideline. The only
neighbor concerned does not object.
2. The Board finds no substantial violation of
the intent of the By-Law in this case, and the proposed
construction is favored as a matter of public policy,
adding to the security and neatness of the locale.
3. For the reasons set forth, the Board rules
the Building Permit should be issued by the Building
Inspector in accordance with the plans submitted, by
unanimous vote.

on FRIDAY, MARCH 27, 1981, at 3:00 P.M., at the TOWPI
AND COUNTY BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET,
on the Petition of PETER T. MARTIN, ET UX, seeking relief
from the provisions of SECTION 5 of the By-Law, SIDE LINE
AND REAR LOT LINE SETBACK REGULATIONS, to permit the
construction of a storage shed. Property is located at
14 Liberty Street and is zoned RESIDENTIAL/OLD HISTORIC.
