Addendum
The applicant is seeking relief under Nantucket Zoning Bylaw section
139-9B(b) for the operation of a commercial storage and warehousing
operation on the locus. The locus is located in a Residential Comercial-2
Zoning District that allows for the proposed use by Special Permit from the
Zoning Board of Appeals. The locus is located in the Aquifer Protection
District. The address of the locus is 89 Hinsdale Road, Assessor's Map 69, Parcel
23.
