Worth RE: Proposed Retail/Storage, Lot 11 Amelia Drive, Eilean Mohr Realty Trust Dear Jack, I have reviewed the site plan for the above referenced project prepared by Terry Luff, Architect, dated September 22, 1999 and offer the following. I have meet with Mr. Ian McCarthy to discuss the proposed uses and issues relative to the Wellhead Protection district and offer the following. 1. The parking area will be constructed using pervious gravel material. This will allow for recharge and as well as assist in the control of stormwater runoff. 2. Any runoff from the parking area will go to a grass Swale that will provide an acceptable level of treatment for the proposed use of this lot. Therefore the Wannacomet Water Company finds that the stormwater treatment and recharge from this project meets the requirements of Chapter 139-12 of the Town of Nantucket Zoning By-laws and is approved by the Wannacomet Water Company. However, if at some point in the future the parking area material is changed to an impervious material, i.e. asphalt or concrete, then a new Finding of Water Quality Compliance will be necessary after a review of such a change. If you have any questions please give me a call. Sincerely, WANNACOMET WATER COMPANY ~~~~ Robert L. Gardner General Manager Cc: C. Pykosz I.
