Applicant is owner of the land shown as Lots 1 and 2 upon Plan F>7e 55=N, currently having a street address of 18 Milk Street, and being shown upon Assessor's Neap No. 42.3.3 as Parce134. There presently exists upon Lot 1 a driveway and parking area which is accessed from New Mill Street and services the single-family dwelling upon Lot 2. Applicant proposes to convey Lot 2, and to grant to the new owner of Lot 2 an exchisive use easement to utilize the parking area upon Lot 1. Although it is physically poss~le to create new parking upon Lot 2, such reconfiguration of parking would result in the destruction of several large, mature trees upon Lot 2, and would create another driveway entering into the aheady heavily traveled Nnlc Street.
