Easy Street, despite its name, is a busy ! tOOroughfare carrying one-way traffic to the S~t Wharf. There are no sidewalks in the area. During the S\.I11'!ler IOOnths, the traffic am parking problems are manifest. Several existing restaurants flCM operate within 300 feet of this prq:x:>sed location, which contribute to the probleros of parking and off-loadinq sites. None have yet been establishErl on old North Wharf. 3. The Board finds that due to the traffic flow, lack of parking , spaces ani extrere CXJ't'ITWaJ:'ci.a1 density of this area, the aJdition ; of another restaurant at this site would re detrimental to the entire neighbar.hocrl.
