At a meeting of the OOARD CF .APPEALS held Friday, O::tober 31, 1980,
at the Town am COunty Building, in the matter of the cg>lication of IESLIE B.
JOHNSCN (033-80), after due deliberation, the Board found:
1. '!his is an cg>lication for a Variance fran Sectia1 V, Setback Regulatims,
of the Zoning By-Law, to pennit ccnstruction of a dwelling boose on IDt 561 on
I..aOO COurt Plan 3092-42. The property is located en Mcdaket Road am is zonal
Residential II.
2. The Applicant has an agreenent to acquire a triangular lot of 1ani which is
catp1ete1y tourrlal by Ma:1aket Road, a public way 40 feet wide, am Washingtal
Avenue, an abamoned way 50 feet wide which was never laid out on the grourrl.
The intersection of these bJo ways creatErl a triangul.2!r lot 465.11 feet in
" length am about 50 feet in width at its widest part, as shown on land Court
i I Plan No. 3092-42. Urder existing setback regu1aticns, 00 dwe11j,n;J could be
,: built on this prq?erty because of its narrow dimensiens. Under the provisions
of the By-Law, no other use may be made of the property except residential use
in a Residential II district. The property has never been develqJed oor
