The Applicant has an agreenent to acquire a triangular lot of 1ani which is catp1ete1y tourrlal by Ma:1aket Road, a public way 40 feet wide, am Washingtal Avenue, an abamoned way 50 feet wide which was never laid out on the grourrl.
