At a regular meeting of the Board of Appeals held
Friday, September 19, 1980, at 3:00 P.M., at the Town
and County Building, in the matter of the application
of RICHARD B. MASON (029-80), after due deliberation,
the Board found: .'~.:~
I. This is a petition for a variance from the intensit
regulations of Section V of the By-law to permit the
use of a one-acre lot for buildinq purposes in a two-
acre zone. The ~ot is located on Sheep Pond Road in an
area where the zoning district was changed after the
land was subdivided.

DECISION:
2. The Board previously granted a similar petition for
a variance for the same lot in 1978 to A. C. Williams,
Case No. 024-78, but that variance has expired before
the construction was started.
3. The Board is of the opinion that the fetitioner is
entitled to a renewal of this variance, for the reasons
stated in the decision in Case No." 024 of 1978.
4. Therefore, the Petition is unanimously qranted for
the use of Lot 4 on Land Court Plan No. 35820-8 for
residential building purposes.
