NEW BUSINESS:
1. Variance Request for 9 Crow's Nest Way (Map 12/ Parcel 20):
Applicant seeking relief from two sections of Title V; Health Officer
recommends granting the variance as the maximum distance from bordering
wetlands has been attained, and the recommendation of the surveyor will
implement the use of a FAST system.
Motion made, seconded.
This is for a five bedroom system.
Approval granted.
No public concerns/comments, no other business.
