BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of the Meeting of 19 August 1992 at 7:30 PM. The meeting
took place in the Selectmen's Hearing Room, Town Building,
Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Board present were: Wayne
Holmes, Nancy Sevrens, Carl Borchert, Arthur Desrocher and Timothy
Madden. Chairman Holmes called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.
Reauest for Approval of Variance Reauest. Health Officer Richard
Ray requested that this matter be tabled until September 2, 1992.
Mr. Desrocher moved approval; seconded by Mr. Borchert. So voted.
Seminar Announcement. Chairman Holmes repeated an announcement made
by Health Officer Richard Ray at the Board of Health meeting of 12
August 1992 that Marine Home Center was sponsoring a seminar at the
pines Restaurant on August 22, 1992 for the purpose of educating
contractors, painters and other interested members of the community
on the new Lead Paint Laws.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was I
unanimously adjourned at 7:34 PM.
