BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of the Meeting of 20 November 1991 at 7: 30 PM. The meeting,
took place in the Selectmen's Hearing Room, Town and countYI
Building, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. Board members
present were: Diane Coombs, Nancy Sevrens, Wayne Holmes, Carl
Borchert and Bernard Grossman. The meeting was called to order at
7:30 PM.

Mr. Richard Ray, Health Officer, announced that the Health
Department was temporarily located at Nantucket High School in Room
203 due to flood damage at the South Beach Street Annex.
Variance ReQUest from Local septic System Requlations for Estate of
Joseph Mink--SQUam Road. Mrs. Sevrens read a memo from the Health
Officer recommending that the variance be approved with a
stipulation that the septic system design shall not exceed 430
gallons per day. Mr. Holmes moved approval as recommended;
seconded by Mr. Borchert. All in favor. So voted.

moved approval as recommended; seconded by Mrs. Sevrens. All in
favor. So voted.
There being no further business before the Board, at 8:10 PM it was
unanimously voted to adjourn.
