BOARD OF HEALTH
'i The Minutes of the Meeting of November 13, 1990 at 4:30 PM. The
,'meeting was held in the Board of Selectmen's Hearing Room, Town
and County Building, Nantucket, MA 02254. The members of the
Board who were present were Nancy Sevrens, Wayne Viera and
Bernard Grossman. Chairman Grossman called the meeting to order
. at 5:25 PM.
Hearing on Violations of 105 CMR 410--Standards of Fitness for
Human Habitation. Having received letters from both the
: Building Inspector and the Health inspector stating that all of
the necessary repairs had been made, Nancy Sevrens made the
motion to discontinue the Hearing. Seconded by Wayne Viera. So
voted.
There being no further business before the Board, the Board
voted unanimously to adjour~ at 5:30 PM.
