BOARD OF HEALTH
r~he Minutes of the Meeting of Wednesday June 20, 1990 at 7:30 PM.
r~he meeting was held in the Board of Selectmen I s Hearing Room,
,rrown and County Building, Nantucket, MA 02554. All members of
f~he Board were present. Chairman Grossman called the meeting to
Ilorder at 7: 31 PM.

I~ariance Re est: from 510 CMR Section 15.03 7 : Distance for
~lixe Hu ret wauwinet Road. Ms. Coombs read the memo from
Health Inspector Ray received June 20, 1990 recommending granting
the variance. Mr. Ray stated that he had received resubmitted
plans which more correctly define the existing leach areas. Mr.
John Shugrue stated that the system was originally installed in
1973 or 1974 and this application is to replace a failed system.
Mr. Borchert moved to grant the variance sought as outlined
above. Seconded by Mrs. Sevrens. So voted.
There being no further business before the Board, the Board voted
unanimously to adjourn at 7: 35 PM to reopen as the Board of
Selectmen.
